Help with a meal plan?

My diary is open, I'm working on my meal plan on today's diary (3/30/15). I'm mainly looking for help and advice making a meal plan I can reasonably stick to. I'm a vegetarian - no meat, yes eggs and dairy. I really want super fast and easy foods. I'm okay with (and in fact prefer) prepackaged foods that I don't have to spend much time on. If anyone is willing to take a look and tell me what I'm going to be lacking or if I'm making any stupid mistakes, I'd appreciate it. If you need it, I'm 5'9'', female, 220lbs. I'm trying to get to ~150lbs.

Right now I'm aiming for 1200 calories (I know, I've read all the posts; right now I'm planning for lowest and I'll adjust as needed.) Basic plan:

2x/day Greek yogurt and protein powder (mainly as a super easy way to get protein)
Oatmeal (oats+almond milk, maybe raisins)
2 boiled eggs
Canned spinach
Raw vegetables and Ranch dip

This gets me to 1050 calories, needing some more calories (duh), carbs, and fat. I might just add a cookie or something. I'm not going to eat this every single day, but this will give me a base line to use if I want to change anything.

Thoughts?

1200 calories is way too low for your height and weight!
    Unsustainable.
It will lead to bingeing or ill health.
    Please reconsider.

As it says in the main post, I'll adjust it down the road, but for right now it's my base, which I add exercise calories to. It's worked just fine for me before.

Things I like that are fast
Naysoya tofu (I like the teriyaki and sesame ginger) - you can eat it cold or heated up.

Tofurkey deli slices (I like the peppered flavor) with cheese on a sandwich round. Use a bit of whatever condiments you like.

Dr. Praegar California veggie burger and spinach pancakes.

If you're willing to cook a small amount there's Gardein beefless tips, Gardein chick'n teriyaki, tofurkey Italian sausage, tofu in general.

I love the steamfresh broccoli and cauliflower mix (microwave for 5.5minutes in the bag).

    Cottage cheese.

If you go to Costco, they have a quinoa & kale mix in their freezer. You just microwave and serve.

Anything that's bland I slather in hot sauce (for example, the quinoa and kale mix) :)
