I am not new but I am on and off this app. but I am trying to keep up. sometimes is hard to key in everything i have consumed all day,. but here I am again.
I have been reading a lot about IIFYM, and I want to follow that style of eating or diet. But I am a little confused. I am not sure exactly how it works or if it works does anybody have any feed back on this diet? Thank you Fitness Afisionados

Me..:)
I've been doing it for 2 1/2 years plus I'm a lifter..I've lost 60 lbs..The gurus and the uneducated think it's all junk food based..NO NO NO...It's 90% healthy and 10% other..It's science backed....You learn about nutrition and macronutrients and micronutrients. .It's a sustainable way to live..You get to live and enjoy life in moderation. ..No so called "cheat meals" that turn into binges, etc...No cutting out food groups...
Follow Layne Norton phd in nutritional science and nat body builder...The best..Raymond Quierdo "the online coach"...(instagram)..His wife was the first Arnold Olympia Ifbb Bikini champ..Sonia Quierdo..Both IIFYM advocates..:)
Have you gone to IIFIYM.COM?0 -
Thank you for your response Chonzo68.. I have checked out the IIFIYM.com, and I am planning on joining to get a little more familiar with it. I am also a lifter about five times per week, with some cardio. I believe that Marc Fitt is the coach for that web-site. I will look up Layne Norton, Raymond quierdo and Sonia Quierdo and read what they say. I know many believe that is junk food based, but from what I am reading I did not get that message. It sounds so much better than other diets I have read and not as complicated am I wrong about this way of thinking?
thank again Chonzo68
