Hi Lean0750 that's a great goals to have before returning to school. But at the same time September is 5 month from now and 200lbs in that time it definitely pushing it. Concentrate in 10lbs at a time or even 5lbs at a time. so you feel a great sense of accomplishment when you lose the lbs you set yourself for that wk. Make sure you are being active, mainly eating right and calories intakes have to be even with you are burning. 200 lbs its definitely something you can accomplish but lets take one bite at a time
