Hi there! This is my first week with mfp. I realized recently that I was never going to be a cardio fiend. I have always lifted weights and not to toot my own horn, but I'm kind of good at it. Why try to kill myself on the dreadmill if I can squat 110% of my body weight?
I am here for motivation and to help learn nutrition. I am gluten and lactose free. I always saw these restrictions as a bad thing and ate whatever I wanted within my diet. However, gluten free Oreos and pizza are still not the best thing for abs or muscle building.
I would be so excited to add friends and keep each other on track!
Until next time,
La.
