So easter is around the corner and I will be getting chocolate, obviously. Now what is the lowest calorie/healthyest type? Dark, milk or white?

Whatever you want at the time, just don't go over your calorie goals if you're concerned.
I had a Kinder milk bar yesterday that was very tasty.0 -

Dark is lowest cal. I'd assume white is highest.0 -
It is Easter, eat your favorite chocolate...
That being said, dark chocolate is known to be very healthy.
I usually buy high quality and/or organic ones, with at least 85% of cocoa.
You may want to start with 70% to get used to the taste.0 -
Dark chocolate that's at least 60% cocoa has the most health benefits. But really, the healthiest kind of chocolate is whatever chocolate you prefer that fits within your goals. It's all good, so enjoy.0

When eaten in moderation as part of a well thought out and balanced dietary intake, any.
In a healthy adult who has no reason to restrict foods of any type, eating some super organic 99% jaw wrenching dark chocolate made by bare chested hemp sandled wearing women on the hill sides of Motecuhzoma is going to have no more of an effect on your life than eating a reese's nutrageous.
Eat which ever will bring you most joy, within your set limits, and carry on with life.
Ricin on the other hand, that's bad.0 -
If it's low calories you want, there are low calories chocolate bars, but they don't taste as good. If you are looking for the health benefits, dark chocolate of at least 60% cocoa (preferably more) has the most health beneficial ingredients. White chocolate is mostly cocoa butter, so it will be generally higher in calories. If you just want chocolate, just get whatever you like within your calories.0

Eat the one you like - a small amount of your favourite occasionally is the way to go. Happy Easter0

Yeah tried 85% and couldn't take it but 70% should be fine.
