Support wanted

Hi all,
I've been using MFP since mid January and have seen improvement since then. I started at 300lbs and have just crossed over 40lbs lost. I'm finding that as you lose more weight, it becomes more challenging to keep losing the same amounts each week. I've been staying between 2-3lbs each week but lately I have only seen losses of 1.5lbs per week. I tell myself that it's still a loss. Anyway, I wouldn't mind having some more friends on here to help support and motivate, so please feel free to add me!

A loss is a loss! You will have ups, downs and plateaus....but you are doing great! Can't add on freakin ipad:(, sorry..feel free to add me. Support and motivation you get from those in the same " boat" are awesome! Keeps you going! Best of luck on your journey!0
