Fell off the wagon. Getting back on thr horse.

Recently began binging again. Mostly due to stress.
How does everyone deal with this when it happens? Thanks

    I read a post on facebook, ive screen shotted it and read it when I have an off day.

    Basically, get back on track from your very next meal- not "Monday" or the next day. The very next meal. And so what if you had a few off days, you're human. & you also need to identify what is making you binge (stress) and try to find a better coping method. Talk to someone. If you feel like eating, drink some water and leave the kitchen.

    Stress has messed me up a few times too. Exercise helps. I started crocheting again this winter. I forgot how calming it can be. I don't do any of the fancy intricate patterns which can bring on more stress. It also keeps my hands busy and out of the food. Is there a fun hobby you enjoy?

    I try to blog my feelings or work out if I feel stressed.
