starting my new healthy habit today.. I've tried calorie counting so many times but never keep up with it! Last year I started running and got into a habit of it and then my treadmill broke :( ohh well here we go! I'm going all in and want to help others on this too!!! One step at a time :)

    I need motivators! Please friend request if your looking for an encourager also :) 23 and looking to lose about 28lb. I walk my dog and run when I can. Married so no creepy messages please and thank you :)

    Hi you may add me as friend if you want! Im 39, married, and mom of 2 with about 40 lbs to lose, and lost 8 so far by counting calories and walking / running/ biking and sometimes tv workouts when the weather is bad. I also try to add weights to increase my muscle and metabolism. MFP has helped me greatly so far. Welcome to your challenge!
