Help!
I've always been terrible at baking with protein powder or making the infamous protein balls, I'll see IG posts of like, birthday cake protein balls and red velvet etc etc and I suck at itttttt. Is there a base recipe I'm missing? (Like protein pancakes) Can anyone recommend a blog or e-book with great protein baked goods and sweets recipes?! Everything I Google comes up with oats and I suck at making those too haha.
Thank you!

I swear by pinterest, try it! Just type: "baking with protein powder." It gives you a plethora of recipes to choose from.0

protein balls don't need to be baked, they are just PB, protein powder, maybe honey or another sweetener, and maybe oats.
Baking with PP (at least whey) usually requires lowering the temperature of the oven/skillet and using more liquid to compensate for the whey.0
