yes...I track weekly as well as daily...just make sure it's as low cal as possible like vodka and club soda with water flavoring...nom nom...

Since you're asking, I would vote no on a Monday night… Save it for the weekend! Get in some extra workouts during the week so that you earned a drink or two on the weekend! Good luck!0
