Well it's taken me 3 months to lose between 6 and 7 lbs. so for April I want to lose 4 or 5. Need to try harder. To achieve this I'm thinking NO alcohol for the month!!!! Also considering quitting smoking. That's a biggie. We'll see.

    Lose 5lbs
    Exercise 6 times a week
To get through the month without falling off the diet wagon... I'm good with keeping up with exercising, but when it comes to dieting, I have a bad habit of screwing it up every 2 or 3 weeks and it usually takes me a week to get back on track. Not gonna happen this month!

    April:

    Lose 7lbs
    No ridiculous binges
More regular exercise (even with the stupid sling I will most likely be wearing for the majority of the month!)
To see my favourite pair of jeans which are just a tad bit tight, fit me more comfortably

I want to lose at least 10lbs! I'll settle for 5. One goal is to look at the gym as fun instead of "ugh time to make the donuts" I'm going to change up my routine and start taking more classes
