    Hi everybody! I will be challenging myself to lose a minimum of 5 pounds next month. Who will want to join me?

    Me! I'm aiming for 8 pounds. That will get me down to 184 and hopefully down a pants size. I have some pants in the closet I hope to fit into by the end of April.

    Me too, Littled1986. Same stats and aiming for 8-10 pounds. I can't wait until the end of April!!

    I will join too. I am currently 168 & would like to see 160 by the end of April & hopefully fit in to some old jeans. I'm planning on eating light and clean and increasing exercise. I tend to do well with accountability: is anyone interested in checking in once a week to report our progress and share ideas?

    I'm in! Because I'm probably quite a bit bigger, my aim is more like 15-20 pounds.

    Side note, I invite anyone and everyone to be my "friend" on here. I am so bad with accountability. I need people to see my diary and make comments to keep my *kitten* in gear!

    Calories: 1500/daily
    Training: Not sure numerically, but I jog for an hour at least 4 days/week. Other three days I do a dance workout and some basic strength training.
