I will join too. I am currently 168 & would like to see 160 by the end of April & hopefully fit in to some old jeans. I'm planning on eating light and clean and increasing exercise. I tend to do well with accountability: is anyone interested in checking in once a week to report our progress and share ideas?0

I'm in! Because I'm probably quite a bit bigger, my aim is more like 15-20 pounds.

Calories: 1500/daily
Training: Not sure numerically, but I jog for an hour at least 4 days/week. Other three days I do a dance workout and some basic strength training.0 -

Me me me!!!!! I want to drop 10lbs in April.
Today I weighed in at 163lbs even, which finally puts me into the overweight category, what a great way to start this challenge! Looking forward to being 153lbs by the end of the month.
