I am new to this and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get rid of the saggy baby belly that I have been left with. I have been breastfeeding for 7months so have lost a lot of weight but I can't seem to tone that bit up? ;-)

    Dumb question but are you doing any exercises that target the abdominal area?

    Yes, I do 125 sits ups every morning, I have a cross trainer too which I am going to start using daily this week.

    What is truly going to help is nutrition which requires patience and persistence. Sit ups will make your abs stronger yes, but the fat around will only be taken care of by losing fat with a calorie deficit. Rome wasn't built in a day, you can do it! You're powerful!
