Hi everyone!

I am new here and wanted to introduce myself :) My name is Xochitl "So-Chee". trying to keep my calories down and workout more :) Not doing this for anyone but myself. My goal is to lose 20 lb. so far since I started a couple weeks ago i lost 3 :)

anyways, if anyone has any great tips and trick they wanna share, pass them along:)

    I'm new here - just joined today (recommended by my sister). I lost a lot of weight but have put it all back on. The only thing I can say is that I need to get back to my goal of losing 1 pound. When that one is gone, I'll look for another one to get rid of. Thinking I have 20 or 30 or 70 pounds to lose is just too discouraging, so I have to lose 1 pound.

  • Im also New on here, Im trying to drop from 225-160ish...i have about a year to do it. Im changing my whole diet and workouts. I just hope it stays off this time. I got down to 180 late last year but jumped right back to where i was before. So here I go again...trying a different approach!
