Mine are...
1. Walk 3 days/ 30 mins a day
2. no late night snacking

Work out 5 days, either walking or 30 day shred, depends on the weather. Started today.0

Workout 6 days (including today)
Track all my food, work on portion size
Drink more water!!!!!0 -
walk 30 min. 5 days this week.
pushups and situps every day.
eat healthier

I have been slacking in the water department :grumble:

1.Cardio each day. 20 min 3 days/45 minutes 3 days. 1 day break

1. Not lose my mind (or my waist line) baking goodies for my husband's 50 employees, cheesecake & chocolate cake for my husband & friend's graduation party on Saturday, cake for my grandpa's b.day on Wednesday, and dessert for a family at church on Friday.

2. Continue my 2x/day exercise plan after taking yesterday off.
3. Wrap Christmas gifts.
4. See a loss on the scale by Sunday!0 -
