1. Walk 3 days/ 30 mins a day
2. no late night snacking

    Work out 5 days, either walking or 30 day shred, depends on the weather. Started today.

    Track all my food, work on portion size
    Drink more water!!!!!

    pushups and situps every day.

    So my main goal is to drink my water!! :drinker:

    Other than that, just working out at least three times!

    having 3 kids go to school I know exactly what you are talking about!! make sure to EAT songbird....you and take a shower....please :laugh: :laugh:

    and I KNOW YOU WILL ACE YOUR FINALS!!!!:happy:

    1. Not lose my mind (or my waist line) baking goodies for my husband's 50 employees, cheesecake & chocolate cake for my husband & friend's graduation party on Saturday, cake for my grandpa's b.day on Wednesday, and dessert for a family at church on Friday.

    2. Continue my 2x/day exercise plan after taking yesterday off.
    3. Wrap Christmas gifts.
    4. See a loss on the scale by Sunday!

    1. Get at least 8 glasses of water in per day.
    2. Do at least 30 mins of cardio 6 days this week.
    3. Eat helathy foods, watch portions.
    4. Not have a gain on the scale this week!
