Can anybody help me conceptualize how big a 100g piece of cornbread would be? I friend gave me a piece today and I'm trying to figure out how to log it.
It was about 2 in by 1.5 in by 1.5 in... I've found different websites that show pictures of 100 g of different foods, but none of them cornbread specifically.

All depends on density.
Probably best to over estimate with the piece you ate as well.0 -
Yeah, that was my thinking, haha. I guess I'll just go ahead and do that.
Ah, well. 0 -
Weigh it on your food scales...0

I would say 1 x 1 x 1 is 30g. So in your case 2 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 4.5 x 30g = 135g0
