im 17 and i have a one and a half year old daughter and i just cant get rid of my mummy tummy, any tips or ideas?

I'm doing t25, ab and cardio workouts are your friend. The mummy tummy is annoying me too , I am covered in stretxhmarks and had a csection so my tummy kinda hangs over. It's starting to get better. I can deal with stretxhmarks but the overhang needs to go. It can be done :-)

I began working at a desk after working at Starbucks for 8 years. I have found this almost crippling after being so active at my job, but I'm not giving up hope. I get up at 4:30 am most mornings to go to the gym. I'm not about to put that weight back on!

Looks like I'm not alone! So excited to see this thread.

I'm currently kicking myself because a couple of years ago I lost 20+ only to gain it back with a new job (worked way too many hours). Eight years ago I weighed 110, which was normal for me. 2 kids, birth control...and eating the way I always have (incorrectly thinking I would be one of those girls who just snapped back)....yeah I gained weight. But I'm trying...

Shout out to this thread starter :*

I'm a newbie, but I was 180 and diagnosed with pre-diabetes(sp?) in 2010 so I lost a little bit, but I need to lose more. I kicked the diagnosis. I have problems sticking to my workouts every day. I get discouraged and what not.

I've hit a plateau for a few months but I'm planning on crushing it now that the weather is turning. I can't wait to get my bicycle out!! I've picked up rock climbing lately, so hopefully that's enough variety, between walking, cycling, and climbing? So excited to get to my goal. And then some! Mostly at this point I'd like to have toned upper arms, upper legs, and well, not have a hunk of chub around my middle.

Usually, I do OK for a bit, then get busy and fall of the wagon. I am back in the gym, and watching diet closer and just ready to get some control over this weight situation and be healthier! Anyone please feel free to add me, more friends = increased accountability!!!

This is my umpteenth time trying to lose weight, this time it feels different though :) Eating healthy which has never been hard, but struggling with actually exercising. Just got the t25, hopefully that will help me out a bit. Feel free to add me :) need some friends on here!
