Super Weight loss question

Hey , I need some suggestions from you guys, 194cm/88kg , need do lose 10kg as fast as I can , with no hard diets just hard work, I can exercise several times a day , some suggestions?

    You can't out-exercise a bad diet. You're going to have to limit your intake (not starve yourself) to lose weight.

    Did you put weight on over a few days?? NO!!! So it's going to take time to come off, at only 20 pounds over weight, you need to lose half pound a week. Sorry.

    10 kg as fast as you can is a recipe for disaster, especially when you're already at a healthy weight. Set your goal to no more than .5 kg a week and be patient.

    Weight loss is made in the kitchen, not the gym. Trying to lose weight really fast by over-exercising is not only unwise, it's bound to lead to rapidly gaining the weight back again. Look at all of those Biggest Loser contestants who did exactly what you're talking about.
