Want To Eat Healthier !!

Okay so my goal is to drop 15 pounds stay fit and eat healthy but my main problem is eating healthy i am always on the go with work walking constantly but like 4 days out of every week i Go to gym and do cardio on a treadmill. Like i said im very active but i dont really eat healthy and to be honest i dont know whats healthy! Please help!

    Really, people make it too complicated--think of what a balanced meal is: some protein, some veggies, some starchy carbs or other extras to fill out the plate.

    Take the S and M from the SMART method first. Make your goal specific and measurable. Figure out what you mean by healthy. Do you want to increase your vegetables or eat within your macros? Then put a measure like "I will eat 5 servings of vegetables a day" or "I will pre log my food before I eat it to make sure it fits my macros" Taking BIG goals and breaking them up into more specific tasks has really helped me.

    Eating healthy is 80% of weight loss! Try to eat healthier during the week & then on the weekends you can binge. Then continue and try to eat healthy all week and work yourself up to 1 cheat meal :)
