Help! I need to lose weight for modeling (the healthy way)!

I'm 19 years old at a height of 5 ft 3in and a start of 158.0 lbs, now 150.6 lbs since I started this app in the first week of March. I originally set my goals for losing 2 lbs a week with cardio work of 45 minutes with a calorie loss of 365-372. (for 5 days out of the week) I kept a calorie count of only a little over 1,000 cal. per day. I made a post earlier today and came to realize I should loosen up on my set goals if I want to avoid health risks (which is usually common for models unfortunately). Now, I would like to state that I am not going into this 100% professionally but I would like to have an image of a person who is fit and healthy. What can I do or focus on to pin point this goal to avoid the health risks? Diet/work out routines?(Just any ideas to get into habit)
