Hi.. I have done so well but over the last 6 weeks I have lot very little.. I think I am getting close to maintaining and sometimes want to have a cake with a friend and my dinner as normal as well. I have been living on a 1300 cal/day lifestyle for some time and sometimes go up to 1500 when going out etc. I am now weighing in at 119 .. I was thinking of getting to 115 and then maintaining. now very few of my clothes fit so that has put me off losing more as I am worried about what to wear to work. I can't afford new clothes and now all my clothes are too big.. I hate having clothes that don't fit as much as having clothes which don't fit close they were too small.. please can you let me know what weight are you aiming for and when is it time to maintain? warm blessings xxx

Hi there!! I'm 5'1 and a half
CW: 164
GW: 145
Once I reach 145 then I'll see how I look and feel and go from there. It's been a long time since I've even been in the 160's so I'm welcoming this with open arms. lol Until you reach your goal weight you might try shopping at a thrift store or consignment shop. Best wishes!0 -
I'm 5'4 and 105 lbs. I KNOW THIS IS UNDERWEIGHT. I am maintaining roughly doing whatever I want (I actually use this more to check my calories so I eat more then like 500...)0

I thought it was 130, but now that I've reached that weight I'm shooting for 120-125.0

Hi - I'm 5'3 and 133 lbs. My dream goal is 115 but my realistic goal is 120.

So much depends on your frame, IMO... I'm 44, just a tad under 5'4", 40 lbs overweight, and goal weight for me is 145 (just enough for "healthy" BMI. I've been under 130 ~10 years ago, but was unanimously told I was looking sickly- ribs & all... It was also nearly impossible to maintain at that weight for me. However, on someone else, it might've been the perfect weight. You have to set your goal to what looks best on your body! Good luck!0

47 years old. 5'2.5". Currently 132. Goal is 125 and then reassess. I got down to 112 a few years back. My body looked great, but at my age, the face suffered! (At age 20 I weighed 102 and didn't haven he family ex problem, lol).
Also, 112 was very difficult to maintain. I had to eat around 1400 calories or exercise excessively (for my lifestyle) to stay there. I think 125 will be a happy place.0 -
Between 115 and 120 and I have a rather small frame. I started at 1330

Somewhere between 130 and 140. I was pretty happy around 138 last summer. I have a specific look in mind, if I get that at 140 then great! If I have to go down to 130, I guess that's what I'll do.0

5’4”, at 136 now (SW 180). Goal weight 120. I’d be happy at 125-130 but with lots of muscle.0
