Need advice

my fitness pal tells me in order to lose 2lbs per week, I should eat 2,150 calories per day. I am averaging 1,700 over the past few weeks because it is very difficult to eat over 2k in calories eating healthy foods. On top of this, I began p90x 26 days ago and haven't missed a session, so I am burning calories.
Question: while my clothes feel a little looser, why am I only down 4-5lbs. It's been 4 weeks on fitness pal, shouldn't I be down 8lbs (ie 2lbs per week)?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

How are you measuring your foods? Do you have a food scale? You are likely eating more than you think.0

What for kinds of foods do you eat?0

Hi thanks for the questions...I do measure/weigh my food. I generally have been eating the same thing everyday. Breakfast is a protein shake consisting of: 2 scoops eas whey protein powder, 1 cup light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 of a banana, and two fresh strawberries (medium size). For a morning snack I have a Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt. For lunch a can of tuna with 1.5 tbsp of Helmand light mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of chopped celery. Afternoon snack consists of 1 think thin protein bar. Dinner is usually six oz of grilled chicken with a sprinkling of mccormacks Montreal chicken slice, and a cup of green beans. Nighttime snack consists of another yogurt. Throughout the day I munch on 1 cup of bran cereal. If I am looking for more calories or protein, I'll eat an additional 5oz of Perdue chicken shortcuts. That's a usual day. I am doing close to 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. Although I could be off a percent or two sometimes.0

Are you using a heart rate monitor for your workouts?0

Nope. But when I take my pulse, it ranges anywhere between 120-140 while exercising.0

I ended up adjusting my settings to sedentary and eat back my exercise calories as needed. I stupidly used the calories burned per mfp estimations for like a month...totally sabotaged myself! That's why I had to change up my settings.0

are you using a food scale or just cups and what not?
