so I work at the police department as a dispatcher, in July I start the police academy. I tried military but 2 days before graduation from Army BCT I got medically discharged because I got a hip fracture. But law enforcement has been in my blood for years so I'm sticking to that. Anyways, I want to be in the best shape for it as well as getting my certification to be a personal trainer. I live in a small ranch/oil field town in Texas. Wouldn't trade it for the world but I want to move to San Antonio and when I do I want it to be a brand new start including a brand new fit and toned body. Paige Hathaway<- I want her body!!!!
How about yall.?

I just want my mojo back. Currently, I'm building endurance for general sporting activities: camping/fencing/swimming/lifting. Once my energy levels get back to normal, I'm hoping my creativity will swing back to where it should be so that I can get on with my back-log of sewing projects. (Yes, sewing. A tent. The canvas weighs about 1#/yard and I've got about 60 yards that need to be pushed through an industrial sewing machine. ) I'd like to lose 20 pounds or so to make jogging a bit easier, but for the most part, I'm wanting a bit more energy.0

I've gone down from 181 to 135 and would love to be around 120. I am in medical school and I would love to have more energy and feel physically better during my medical education/training and for eventually being a doctor! I felt so sluggish and low energy when I weighed and ate more, now things are much easier
And I like your story too!0
