What supplements do you use and why?
I take a prenatal vitamin (1/2 dose) to round out any minor short comings in my day to day diet.
echinacea and vitamin C in the spring/winter to help my immunity against the cold and flu/changing seasons.
Whey powder (natural, unflavored)- to kick up my protein when needed (usually after heavy lifting)

Occasionally i take a multivitamin. Sometimes i take vitamin D when i've been indoors too much. I get enough protein from food.

Multi-vitamin daily - Omega 3 and vitamin D. Most people are deficient in both omega 3 and vitamin d. I also take b12 sublingual and calcium.0

I avoid protein shakes and bars as much as I can but I do use them selectively on lift days.
I use C as well selectively to help ward off colds and sinus problems.
I take a mix on cardio days but I add fish oil and extra calcium on lift days.
I often let a day slip where I take nothing. This helps my body adjust.0 -
