how do i know if IAM talking the rite protein shake?
I am female 25 trying to loose weight and be fit!
Currently taking carnivor (muscle meds )
After every workout

    I don't know what Carnivor is, so don't know what to say about it. Eating healthy food will help you lose weight. Combination of all three - eating right, excercising and relaxing will help you lose weight over time. Be consistent and that really is key!
