How do I find the amount of calories and nutrient info in egg white so I can calculate it into my daily caloric intake??

    are you using eggs and taking out the whites or do you buy carton egg whites if you buy carton egg white all the info is on the carton if not search ey whites it should come up.

    Thank you that was fast! I'm planning on grocery shopping today and I'll start buying the carton.
