From 195 lbs to 168 lbs in 6 months

I used to weigh 130 lbs. I gained 65 lbs in a year after I stopped drinking, I went up to 195. Heavier than my post baby weight. Im 33. I have a very sedentary lifestyle but by counting calories and eatting protein and good fats, I dropped the weight. I also did Atkins after the birth of my son. I went from 180 lbs to 120 lbs in 6 months! So I know protein and good fat and NO CARB or GLUTTEN products work. I have been cheating for 2 weeks eatting lemon pound cake once every other day, and carbs from my sons food
