Level 1: From floor
Level 2: Heels hanging off any kind of step
Level 3: Add weights in your hands just hanging at your sides. No weights? Get creative!

DEFINITELY stretch BEFORE, BETWEEN, & AFTER SETS. And if this is your first time doing this exercise, please start at level 1.

    I do them Monday through Friday then a weekend challenge on Saturday. You have Saturday and Sunday to complete the weekend challenge. Sorry I haven't been on here sooner to answer your question, I have a family friend who is missing right now and have been dealing with this all week.
