He's doing just fine thanks for asking though he is my ten year old son , named after my deceased father " Thornton" and is a Christian but have a good night0 -
I'm aiming for 135. It's my sisters weight and we pretty much have the same skeleton but she's the slim one!
As I've never been slim as an adult though I'm holding it in reserve. I might bottom out sooner. Who knows?0 -
I'm 5'8" and currently 151 ish. Goal is maybe 145. I am a 6/8 and have a good bit of muscle. I don't think I'd ever get down much below that without losing a lot of muscle.0

I was 150 before my last baby. Currently 170, I would like to be back at 150 and go from there...140 would be nice.0

I'm 5'7"...started at 176, I'm now 137. My goal weight is 130, but I do a lot of strength training, so I don't know if I'll get that low. I'm a size 4 which I'm happy with, I just want to have a little more muscle and less fat!0

5'7, goal weight of 140-145, although whether I'll be happy with that weight I'm not sure. I want to get down to a lean enough body fat so that I'm comfortable bulking.
eta I've been 140-145 before and I'm guessing that I would be happy with that weight again this time around, since I was at least in the low 20s for body fat % back then.0 -
I'm 5'8, currently 168 after baby number two. He's now 8 weeks old. Usually I'm between 140 and 145 and about a size 3/5.0

5'8'' 125 pounds. I've been maintaining this for about 7 months down from 132 and wear a size 2. I just look better lean.0

I'm 5'8" and around 151 (ETA: SW was 254) wearing a size 6 pants/skirts (but mostly large tops still, *$^% boobs). My initial goal weight was a randomly picked 145 pounds, but I'm happy where I am and decided to switch to maintaining just this week, in fact.0

150 is an arbitrary goal as I'm not sure what my body will look like as I approach it. I want to be lean and strong. 150 would put me in a healthy weight range, but I'm really aiming for <25% BF.0 -

I picked 160 out of the air....I have no idea what I will look like at that point as I probably haven't weighed that since I was 12. But I know as I get further down I'll be concentrating more on BF%. I don't mind being thicker, as long as it is lean mean muscles that lets me run, jump, crawl, climb and do all sorts of crazy stuff. I prefer the athletic build to the skinny model look. Personal preference.0 -

i was an athlete for years back in school and while i've managed to gather some fluff in recent years, i feel like i've held onto a fairly solid frame. i feel good around 140-145 and i think trying to go lower is going to take a TON of work for me to do and maintain. also, i figure i'm healthy where i am i just want to feel leaner and stronger so not getting too worked up over it0 -
