Im almost a third of the way to my goal weight. 20 lbs down in 7 weeks about 46lbs to go :) Nothing but good old fashioned hardwork! No fads, quick fixes, or extreme measures! Proud :)

    Thanks guys! In order to get myself to the upper limit of healthy BMI for my height I need to lose 46 more pounds....maybe Im in denial but I dont think I need to lose that much, maybe 30 more, but I dont want to be considered overweight...hmmm
