So last April 1 I had the holy crap I'm fat moment when I split the seat in my pants getting out of my car for work. That was my official line in the sand. I got on the scale, took a picture and decided to do something, anything different.

Well here we are a year later and I'm down about 50, feeling great, and luckily not splitting anymore pants. I planned this as a two year journey to get to where I want and I can't wait to see next April 1. izrv73qt0fje.jpg

    That's awesome! I had my moment when the button of my work pants popped like a cartoon and flew across the room. That was a few months ago and seeing your success is inspiring me to keep getting fit! :)
