Heck, I am impressed by anyone that does unassisted pull ups. I would love to be able to do those, but I have no upper body strenght.

Those impress me too. Probably because I can't do them!

    Thank you! :)

Pull ups are definitely a goal of mine but my upper body strength is seriously sucky.

I love to watch ppl do muscle ups! It's like that guy with the rings but the motion is continued all the way up until you rose above and push your body weight, arms straight down.

I also like watching ppl do the thing at the pull up bar where they pretend to step up or dance. It's amazing and take total control!

Me too. There was a woman (she was ripped!) that was doing these circle/side to side movements while holding herself in a full chin up position. I was impressed.

Also, handstand pushups & human flag movements.

I am impressed by anyone who achieves a movement that they set as a goal regardless of difficulty, because to them it was hard.

Now in general, slow muscle ups, front/back levers, planche & flags will get my attention. I've got 3 of the 5 with a flag soon to be made official. I'm not sure I'll ever get a planche though.

Advanced yoga postures like peacock or firefly or iron cross headstand. They're not just physically intense, but you have to be so focused to achieve them!

I have a friend who is crazy strong, although he is not large. He does lots of bodyweight exercises, including handstand pushups and those pushups where you basically propel your whole body up off the ground, do a pike, then come back down.
At the gym yesterday, I observed a woman doing walking lunges with a barbell (looked like about 50-60 lbs.) on her shoulders. When she came up from each lunge, she kicked her back leg out behind her before place it out in front. Great strength, control, and balance. I am still doing my walking lunges holding 12.5-lb. dumbbells in each hand; gotta start somewhere.

When I can finally do unassisted pull ups I'm going to reward myself with a class to learn aerial silks because those people are strong and their skill is so beautiful too.

Anybody doing handstand pushups. I can OHP more than my bodyweight, but something about being inverted just baffles me.

Also a deep one-legged squat with the other leg out in front of you.

You mean a pistol squat?? I've been doing body weight workouts 4 times a week for 4 months and I'm still trying to do a proper pistol squat.
