    I'm doing Insanity and I'm on the 5th week recovery week. Next up is max training for a month. All I have done so far is gain 5lbs so I'm quickly loosing motivation to continue with it. I need some support to keep me goin.

    Doing T25 I'm on month 14 of consistently doing t25 in the mornings but I need to do more cardio and less eating. I'm a snacker and controlling food while heavily stressing has been my challenge. I need the support and the challenge!!!

    I just finished insanity last week, and restarted it this week. Hopefully you took progression photos. If not, snap a picture now, and force yourself to finish insanity. Then, you can look at those pictures and see that it was all worth it. Don't give up.

    Successes/struggles this week: I officially weigh less than my husband now!! Sounds trivial but dang this means so much to me! I am burning the candle at both ends, just hope I can keep up this pace :neutral:

    Successes/struggles this week: Started back to work Monday after a three month layoff. I'm still working out to Insanity everyday, but it's hard to fit in all my calories since in so busy at work doing construction.
