    Non-food Goals for this month: FIND A WAY NOT TO BINGE EAT ONCE I GET HOME FROM WORK. THIS SEEMS TO BE ONE IF NOT THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE I FACE ON A DAILY BASIS. DURING THE WORK DAY I EAT GREAT AND EVEN SNEAK IN AN HOUR AT THE GYM DURING MY LUNCH BREAK. I FEEL LIKE IT ALL GOES DOWNHILL ONCE I GET HOME. THIS IS SOMETHING I NEED TO WORK ON TO HAVE SUCCESS.

    Struggles or successes of your week: While I look like I've lost more (don't want ppl to think I'm getting my loss too fast), I actually met up with a hill that gained up a couple of pounds (eating out and ate like a pig and I know the sodium made it worse). But, I'm back to being a "good" girl. I'm REALLY happy!! Goal to maintenance is 10 pounds and I'm so excited.

    Struggles/successes of the week: I uppe my calories to 1400 a day instead of the 1200 I was doing. I feel much better, fuller and have more energy all day so I do not mind that I only lost 1lb this week because that is what I have set my goals to. I am trying to workout most days and not eat back all the calories, hoping my net will remain around 1200 and I will take off the last 3lbs in the next 2 weeks. YAY!

    Non-food Goals for this month- Since I am ALMOST there it is harder and harder to stop these little burps going up and down and up and down. The goal is STILL reaching my goal of 115 pounds and then getting to start my maintenance. I am very scared about that! Feels like I will still worry about every little bite of food and not be able to enjoy my life. I know we have all worked so hard to reach these goals and I wish all of you the best.
