At goal weight. I've been working on getting Lean and building some ab and arm muscle.

I've always been relatively thin but after a couple kids, things were not perportioned right anymore. I'm 9 weeks into my workout journey to make myself lean and fit looking. Taking a beach trip in 3 weeks and trying to hit my leg and tummy goal by them

    I hear ya, thinner people have a harder time looking lean and not skinny. You're kinda close to your vacation now, but what's worked for me in the past to show my ab and leg muscles is to actually build up a little muscle (mini bulk) first, then cut down to show the muscles.

    Also, when I'm within 2 weeks of my vacation I'll cut out dairy, sugar and gluten, and my muscles pop and I look less bloated.

    I'm curious what macros you're using to maintain weight but build muscle. Did you change your macros once you reached your target weight or just your bet calories?
