hi, I have been using this app for over a week I may lost 2 pounds. I have good days and days too. But I working my hardest try not to cheat and giving my best to care and work hard. Living in the mountains help me but very hard to walk up and down hills sometimes it can be very boring. But I know to push it a side and do this for me and my health. Right now I'm learning to love and care enough for myself. Please if you have tips or tricks to lose weight I would love to hear from your experience.
