Hey guys,
After working out and "dieting" since January and seeing moderate results, my girlfriend got me onto My Fitness Pal to honestly track my intake and see where I was at. I was discovered I was WAY over what I should be eating in day, and I decided to clean up my diet for real. I am now starting week 3 of a wonderful program called BuiltLean tomorrow; I am really hoping to ramp up my results this week and continue the progress. That being said, I wanna get some friends on here to keep me accountable and fill my news feed with some stuff to comment on hehe.
Feel free to add me! Also, when you first see this, take a look at my diary and let me know what you think. I am trying my hardest to hit my macros. For the last two weeks I have been doing well, I think!
