That's a tough one to kick. I stopped by starting to chew tobacco. I chewed for about a month before the constant thought of loosing my teeth overpowered the urge for nicotine.

The month of chewing got me over the hand to mouth routine if smoking. Once that mental hurdle was gone it was actually pretty easy to stop using chew. Few days of a body urge and haven't looked back.

    Good luck

I was, until I did the American Lung Association fight for air climb! It was 42 flights of steps, and I felt dizzy, my chest hurt, and I couldn't breathe the whole way up. And had a horrible hacking cough for a few days after. It scared me to think that's how life is for people with lung disease from smoking and I haven't had a cigarette since.

Find 42 flights of stairs to climb, might work for you too!

I've been trying on and off for a few months. Stress is too much to not smoke.
