    Breakfast actually isn't important. It's a preference/personal thing. Some people feel better when they eat, some don't. I've lost 74 pounds sometimes eating breakfast and sometimes skipping it. So people should. of course, find what works for them.

    I agree! If I don't wake up hungry, I ate too much before bed. hah
    I'm watching calories mainly. I need ideas for a quick breakfast that will keep me full. Right now I have two choices:
    1) BelVita
    2) GoLean! cereal

    Dorza, what do you put in your oatmeal? That's really oatmeal, right?
