  • Thanks. So i ate 3lactation cookies today. Great way to log my first day back. I cant find them. Anyone have an idea how many calories are in these? Would logging an oatmeal cookie be similar?

Not sure on the BF thing. Never thought to do that. Maybe I'll just manually enter it if there is no option!! Thank you!

Msstatz. I'm not due until 4/14 but I have been tracking during my pregnancy.
  • Hey mamas!! I'm Kirianah, almost 7 months PP, and am trying to lose the baby weight, and then some!!
  • I remember last time I was able to track breastfeeding too... But when I enter it now as a food it always says 0 calories. Anyone know??
I didn't enter it as a food, I entered it as cardio since you burn 500 calories a day, and some fat!!! I just created an exercise.
  • I enter it as a meal and select one that is properly set up as -500 (some are incorrectly input).

I also entered it as cardio. I just made up 100 minutes since I had to put some sort of time down then I put it in as 500 calories.

Hi guys--I'm 4 days post partum & wanting to make sure I don't get too far off track since I had GD & am now able to eat like a normal person again. Hope to lose a significant amount of weight so I can reduce my chances of type 2.
  • Hi ladies!! I'm glad we have this group to keep us on track!! I'm 12 days pp & I haven't started eating well yet :/ hopefully this will motivate me!
