My mom lost 100 pounds when she was in her early fifties. She struggled to lose it but it's been off for 7 years now. She got a walking DVD and does that and yoga at home.0

Hello,
My mom has hypothyroidism. I believe that it does make it difficult to lose weight but it will not stop you from losing weigh whatsoever. She lost 44 pounds in six months. Start walking. Only walk as far as you can if walking is a problem for you. Diet however, is key.
Best of luck,
Teria0
