Im a newbie!

So my name is Shannon and Im new to this whole thing. I weight 183 and would like to get down to 140 ish! I need motivation majorly. It says im supposed to eat 1200 cals a day to make this work. WOW! Ive never ate less than 2000 probably! Good luck to all!

    I'm new too! Just work out and 1200 isn't so bad! You can do it!
