I'm a newbie, but I was 180 and diagnosed with pre-diabetes(sp?) in 2010 so I lost a little bit, but I need to lose more. I kicked the diagnosis. I have problems sticking to my workouts every day. I get discouraged and what not.0 -

I've hit a plateau for a few months but I'm planning on crushing it now that the weather is turning. I can't wait to get my bicycle out!! I've picked up rock climbing lately, so hopefully that's enough variety, between walking, cycling, and climbing? So excited to get to my goal. And then some! Mostly at this point I'd like to have toned upper arms, upper legs, and well, not have a hunk of chub around my middle.0 -

Usually, I do OK for a bit, then get busy and fall of the wagon. I am back in the gym, and watching diet closer and just ready to get some control over this weight situation and be healthier! Anyone please feel free to add me, more friends = increased accountability!!!
