Logging insanity and piyo

How is everyone logging piyo and insanity workouts?

I'm logging PiYO as aerobic. Lower Body, Upper Body tend to fall more within the low impact aerobics, whereas Sweat and Drench fall into high impact. I wear a heart rate monitor/watch to help me decide which way to log it based on my caloric burn. What i know for certain is when I'm dripping sweat, red-faced, and panting, there's no WAY I'm logging that as strength training. lol.0

That's so true!! I'm just very surprised the exercise portion and listings are not very extensive. I thought of trying to log it as yoga but it really isn't (for piyo).0
