Hiii...people.I m in my college...last semester i had eaten a lot of junk food..pizzas burgers n many more.Before college I had a perfect slim figure but now i gained 12kgs weight.I am trying my best to reduce it but my efforts are going in vain it seems.Plz suggest me something that i can reduce weight so that I get motivated to lose more :'(

    Make sure that you're eating the right amount of calories, use the calculator that MFP gives you don't take a guess. Log your food accurately (there's a good Announcement post on this), and move more!

    I love eating...i m trying to control it..but the hostel food is usually so pathetic that i hve no choice other than to eat outside... :s

    Can you buy a cooker and a small fridge if you don't have those things and cook your own food? Otherwise make helthy choices when you eat out.

    I agree with what yigara said. If you have to eat out, check how many calories your meal has. If it's too much for one meal, maybe eat about half of it, and eat the other half later or save it for the next day.
