Half Way to Goal!

So at first I wasn't going to post anything in the Success section until I made it to goal, but I needed a little boost and sometimes putting those pictures side by side really make all the difference when you just don't feel like you have made any progress. I made the picture grid things and sure enough, I could tell that there was a difference! I didn't start out this journey for vanity reasons (although there is nothing wrong with someone's motivation being to drop sizes!) but it is a definite bonus! My blood pressure is also ALMOST to the normal range on a consistent basis, so happy dance! =)

First one: September 2014, 190lbs
Middle: Late November, 189lbs
Last: Today!, 173lbs
