Hey, week 1 down 4 pounds

my goal is to lost 30 by July 1st I've talked to a nutrionist and they said it's very possible. I'm not doing too much excersize since I work odd/unpredictable hours. Which I am on my feet all day. If there are any low calorie dinners or lunches to try on a budget please let me know! Or if anyone has advice about how anything please share!

    Great news! Down 4 in week one. Slow and steady wins the race. I've used a few of the recipes on MFP and they are really good and easy to prepare. Stay on your course and keep working towards that goal one day at a time. Can't wait for July and to read your post about reaching that goal! Kepp it up!
