Advice on eating after midnight

I had a cereal bar and a glass of milk at about 4.30 in the morning today, as I woke up starving. Do you think I should add it onto the night before diary or todays diary? I was under my calorie goal for yesterday. Thanks

I would probably just put it on today because I look at the weekly average so I'm ok with seeing the red on some days. If it would bother you then stick it on yesterday, but it all balances out.0

Personal preference, just be consistent. My "day" starts when I wake up. I'm a light sleeper and wake often and eating overnight is pretty common for me so I leave room for it. I list it under the previous days Snacks,0

I weigh myself every morning. So for me it would go to yesterday.0

I'm a light sleeper and so if I wake up and have a light snack I'm usually up for the day
so I use midnight as the rule.
