Hi I have lost close to 20 pounds but am still working on the arm jiggle, what are some good ways to tighten your arms?

    start with weights, there are tons of good ( and free) workouts for arms to strengthen and firm your arms, and never fear, you wont turn super bulky unless you want to be a serious gainer, triceps kickbacks are one of many fabulous toners to investigate, but you want to have harmony for all your muscles, a basic 110 rep x 3 sets is a good base. Good luck on finding what works for you
